This SOP outlines the steps to amend a worker's profile during the onboarding process to ensure all necessary details are accurately captured and updated.
Step 1: Access Worker Profile 0:00
Navigate to the worker's profile within your contracting company account.
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to make changes.
Step 2: Add Worker (if necessary) 0:12
If the worker is not yet added, use the 'Add Worker' feature to create their profile.
Step 3: Update Worker Details 0:30
Go to the 'Onboarding' section and select 'Update Account'.
Follow the prompts as if you were the worker to input their details.
Step 4: Upload Profile Photo and Documents 0:43
Upload a profile photo and any relevant documents for the worker.
Ensure all uploaded documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Step 5: Confirm Details Are Live 1:02
Once details are added, confirm that they are live in the system.
Check that expiry dates and other relevant information are correctly automated.

Ensure that the onboarding process is fully completed for the worker.

Add any other necessary documentation to the worker's profile to ensure they have everything needed on site.

Save all changes made to the worker's profile to ensure information is retained.
