1. Asset Setup 0:00
Review the asset pre-start process.
Ensure the asset is set up in the system with the associated pre-start applicable to that asset.
2. Customize Pre-Start 0:15
Customize the pre-start questions as required for the specific asset.
3. Assign Pre-Start 0:24
Assign the correct pre-start for the asset upon creation.
4. QR Code Scanning 0:24
Ensure QR codes are associated with the asset.
Workers should scan the QR code to select and complete the pre-start.
5. Input Operating Hours 0:46
Input the K's or operating hours associated with the asset during the pre-start.
6. Service Notification 0:56
If the asset is due for service, the nominated person will be notified automatically.
Admin will also receive a notification as a fail-safe.
7. Complete Pre-Start Check 1:09
Conduct the pre-start check.
If everything is in order, proceed to complete the pre-start.
8. Capture Faults 1:09
If a fault is identified, capture all relevant information regarding the fault.
9. Automate Fault Reporting 1:23
The fault details will be automated within the system and sent to the nominated person.
The issue will be raised in the issues register.
10. Save Pre-Start Details 1:34
Save the completed pre-start details in the system against the asset.

Review the issues register for any faults raised against the asset.

Add comments, photos, or service works related to the asset as necessary.

After repairs or service works are completed, update the maintenance records associated with the asset.
