Streamlining the Asset Pre-Start Process

Streamlining the Asset Pre-Start Process

In this video, I walk you through the asset pre-start process, highlighting how each asset is set up with a customizable pre-start checklist. When a worker scans the QR code associated with the asset, they can complete the pre-start, inputting details like operating hours and identifying any faults. If a fault is detected, it’s crucial to capture that information, which will then be automated and sent to the nominated person for resolution. Once the pre-start is completed, all details are saved against the asset, allowing for easy tracking of any issues and maintenance updates. Please ensure you follow this process to maintain our asset management standards effectively.
