Worx allows you to create site-specific management plans for your project sites. These plans include important information about the project site, emergency contacts, and procedures. Here's how to create one:
Go to the Sites Page and Click "Add Site"
- Fill in the site details such as name, address, site supervisor, etc.
Select "Yes" for Needing a Site-Specific Management Plan
- If you already have a plan created, you can upload it by clicking the "Upload" button and dragging/dropping the file.
If Creating a New Plan, Fill in the Required Details
- Description of the works
- Entry point
- Nearest cross street
- First aid person
- First aid location(s)
- Nearest fire extinguisher
- Nearest police station (auto-populated based on address)
- Nearest medical center/hospital (auto-populated)
- Emergency contacts (electricity, gas, water, etc.)
- Upload a site map
Review and Save the Plan
- Click "Submit" to generate the site-specific management plan.
- The plan will be added to the project, and you can view/download it anytime.
The site map will also be saved and accessible within the project.
The generated plan includes the information you provided, as well as emergency response procedures. You can print it out or share it digitally with team members who need access to the site details and protocols.
Here is a short video that shows the process.
