This SOP outlines the steps to create and complete a worker profile for onboarding in the Work Safety app.
1. Receive Email and Create Account 0:01
Check your email for an invitation to create your worker account.
Click the link provided in the email to start the account creation process.
2. Set Password and Log In 0:08
Create a secure password for your account.
Log in using your new credentials.
3. Complete Mandatory Items 0:17
Follow the onboarding journey presented after logging in.
Input all required personal details as prompted.
4. Upload Profile Photo 0:28
Take a clear profile photo.
Upload the photo to your account as part of the onboarding process.
5. Enter License Details 0:39
If applicable, enter details for any licenses or high-risk work licenses.
Attach any necessary documentation and set the expiry date.
6. Submit Information 0:46
Review all entered information for accuracy.
Hit the submit button to send your details for review.
7. Complete Induction 0:53
If prompted, complete any mandatory induction training.
Answer all associated questions relevant to your account.
8. Account Review and Approval 1:11
Wait for the admin to review and approve your account.
9. Download Work Safety App 1:20
Once approved, download the Work Safety app from your device's app store.
10. Log In to Work Safety App 1:29
Use your credentials to log into the Work Safety app.
11. Complete Onboarding in the App 1:35
Follow the same steps as in the web onboarding to complete your profile in the app.
12. Finalize Induction Online 1:42
Complete any remaining induction training directly through the app.
Ensure that all mandatory fields are filled out accurately to avoid delays in account approval.
Keep your password secure and do not share it with others.
Use a clear and professional photo for your profile to ensure easy recognition.
Double-check all entered information before submitting to minimize the need for corrections later.
