To guide workers or admins on accessing and completing form submissions within the portal efficiently.
Accessing Form Submissions:
Log in to the portal and navigate to the forms section.
Click on "My Form Submissions" to view all forms saved against the worker's profile.
Select the form and site to view all form submissions related to that worker.
Completing Forms on Mobile App:
Within the mobile app, go to the site forms section.
Choose from templates or in-progress forms to complete.
Fill in the form details, including descriptions and photos.
The form will auto-save as you progress through it.
If interrupted, the form will be saved in-progress against the site.
Ensure to select the correct form and site when accessing form submissions.
Double-check the information entered in the form before submission to avoid errors.
Utilise the in-progress feature to resume form completion at any time.
Familiarise yourself with the form templates to expedite the form-filling process.
