How do I cancel or delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go, but we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please follow the steps below to request the deletion of your account.


Step 1: Confirm Your Account Details

Before requesting account deletion, please ensure that:

  • You are the main account contact for your organisation.
  • All outstanding invoices or payments have been settled.
  • Any important data you wish to retain has been exported from your account.

Step 2: Submit a Help Ticket

To initiate the account deletion process, the main account contact must raise a help ticket through our support system.

How to Submit a Help Ticket:

  1. Log into your Worx Safety account.
  2. Navigate to the Support link at the bottom right of the page.
  3. In the ticket subject, write: "Request to Delete Account."
  4. Include the following information in the ticket:
    • Your full name and contact details.
    • Your organisation's name.
    • A confirmation that you are the main account contact.
    • The reason for the account deletion request (optional).

Step 3: Our Team Will Review Your Request

Once your help ticket is submitted:

  • Our team will verify the request.
  • You may be contacted for further confirmation or clarification.

Step 4: Account Deletion Confirmation

After verification, your account deletion request will be processed. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation that your account has been successfully deleted.


Important Notes

  • Cancellation vs. Deletion: If you only wish to pause your subscription instead of permanently deleting your account, please specify this in your ticket.
