Step 1: Access the Issue Raising Feature 0:00
Navigate to the top of the portal.
Click on the hazard icon labeled 'New Issue' to begin raising an issue.
Step 2: Identify the Type of Issue 0:16
Determine the category of the issue:
Safety issue
Quality issue
Operational issue
Environmental issue
Proceed to raise the issue based on the identified category.
Step 3: Use the WorkSafety Mobile App 0:27
Open the WorkSafety mobile app.
Click on 'Issue' and then 'New Issue' to start the process.
Step 4: Capture Issue Details 0:35
Provide a detailed description of the issue.
Specify the nominated person the issue is addressed to.
Indicate the due date for resolution.
Step 5: Set Priority and Site Information 0:48
Assign a priority level to the issue (e.g., high priority).
If applicable, select the site related to the issue.

Upload any relevant photos or documents that pertain to the issue.

They can add additional photos, comments, or attachments as needed.

As the worker, you can view the status of the issue you raised.
You can add further comments or details if necessary.
Once resolved, the issue can be closed out.

Check the issues register to see all issues you have raised or that have been raised to you.
Ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays in issue resolution.
Double-check the priority level before submission to ensure proper handling.
