How to Raise an Issue in the Worx Safety System

How to Raise an Issue in the Worx Safety System

In this video, I walk you through the process of raising an issue using our portal and the Worx Safety mobile app. Whether it's a safety, quality, operational, or environmental concern, you can easily click on the hazard icon and select "New Issue" to get started. Make sure to capture all relevant details, including a description, the nominated person, due date, and any photos related to the issue. Once raised, the nominated person will acknowledge it, and you can continue to add comments and updates. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with this process so we can effectively address any issues that arise.
