Inductee amend and upload new document

In this video, I walk you through the process of uploading and managing documents as a worker within our system. You can easily access your account through the portal or mobile app by navigating to My Account, where you can edit existing documents or add new ones by simply dragging and dropping files. If you're using the mobile app, you can also take photos of documents and attach them directly. Remember to capture all relevant details, including any expiry dates. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these steps to ensure your documents are up to date.


Document Upload Procedure for Workers

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps for workers to upload or edit documents in the system, ensuring all necessary details are captured correctly.

Key Steps

 

Step 1: Access My Account 0:00

  • Navigate to the portal and select My Account.

  • Review all relevant account details.

 

Step 2: Edit Existing Document 0:13

  • Go to Documents.

  • Click on the three dots next to the document you wish to edit.

  • Select Edit to change details or the expiry date.

  • Drag and drop the new document into the designated area.

 

Step 3: Add New Document 0:36

  • Click on Add Document.

  • Fill in the required details for the new document.

  • If applicable, set the expiry date and drag and drop the document into the system.

 

Step 4: Using the Mobile App 0:36

  • Open the mobile app and go to My Account.

  • Follow the same process as in the portal to upload or renew documents.

 

Step 5: Attach Document via Mobile 1:00

  • If you need to attach a high-risk work license or similar document:

    • Take a photo of the document.

    • Hit Attach to upload it directly into the system.

 

Step 6: Finalize Upload 1:25

  • Ensure all details are correct before finalizing the upload.

  • Confirm that the document is attached and visible in your account.

Cautionary Notes

  • Always double-check the expiry dates of documents before uploading.

  • Ensure that the document format is supported by the system to avoid upload errors.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Use the drag-and-drop feature for quicker uploads.

  • Familiarize yourself with the mobile app for on-the-go document management.

  • Keep documents organized on your device for easy access during uploads.
