Induction & Training Requirements

In this video, I walk you through the onboarding process, highlighting how to complete your inductions and training once your account is set up. After finishing these processes, you can access and review your induction and training details at any time, which will be recorded under the learning section of your profile. This includes a list of all completed inductions, training, and any associated competencies. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with these resources, as they are also accessible through the mobile app. Please make sure to complete any assigned training promptly.


Induction and Training SOP

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps for completing the induction and training process within the system, ensuring all necessary information is captured and accessible.

Key Steps

 

Step 1: Create Your Account 0:00

  • Begin by creating your account in the system.

  • Ensure all personal details are accurately entered.

 

Step 2: Complete the Onboarding Process 0:18

  • Follow the onboarding prompts to capture your information.

  • If an induction is required, complete the induction as instructed.

 

Step 3: Review Induction Materials 0:33

  • After completing the induction, you can access it at any time for review.

  • Navigate to the induction section in your profile to find the details.

 

Step 4: Complete Assigned Training 0:40

  • If training has been allocated to you, complete the training as required.

  • Ensure that all training modules are finished.

  • All completed inductions and training will be recorded in your account.

  • Check the 'Learning' section in your profile to view your completed inductions and training.

 

Step 6: Use the Mobile App for Access 1:08

  • Download and log into the mobile app to access your learning materials.

  • Navigate to the 'Learning' section to review any induction or training details.

 

Step 7: Maintain Your Worker Profile 1:27

  • Ensure that all details related to your inductions and training are up-to-date in your worker profile.

  • Regularly check for any new training or induction requirements.
