Safety Team Group and Notifications 🚨

Simplifying Incident Notification Process with the Safety Team Group

Recently, we have had clients wanting to alert certain people in their company when an incident occurs. In an effort to simplify this, we have created the Safety Team group, and assigned it to all accounts. 
This is already in your account, but there are no people added by default. You can choose who you wish to be in this group. 

  1. Creation of Safety Team Group

    • Automatic group called Safety Team has been created.

    • Located in the Workers tab under Groups.

    • The group is initially empty but can be populated with any members of your team.

    • Click on the group and add workers or contractors.

    • Unlimited members can be added, but be mindful of excessive notifications.

  2. Functionality of Safety Team Group

    • Members receive email and SMS notifications for incidents reported on any site.

    • Notifications also sent for high category risk issues on sites.

  3. Additional Features

    • Specific training can be assigned to the Safety Team group.

    • Consider assigning a work health safety training package to the group.

  4. Notification Process

    • Members receive email and text alerts every time an incident report is submitted.

    • Notifications triggered by incident submissions through the designated button.
