We have added a new functionality in Worx to track user competencies.

Setting Up Competencies
Add a new competency for different areas within your company (e.g., vehicles, equipment).
Include details like requirements, hours needed, and approvers.
Select approvers and create the competency.
Managing Competencies
Edit and update competencies as needed.
Assign competencies to workers for specific tasks or equipment.
Have selected approvers sign off on completed competencies.
Tracking Progress
Monitor the progress of workers completing competencies.
Update completed training hours and track remaining requirements.
View worker profiles to see completed competencies and associated details.
Mobile App Integration
Creating and Managing Competencies
Create and set parameters for competencies within the system.
Record and track worker progress against competencies.
Add additional details to worker profiles related to competencies.
