Tracking Competencies in Worx Safety

We have added a new functionality in Worx to track user competencies. 
Here is a video that explains the new module, and there is a step by step after. 




Understanding Competencies in the Portal

  1. Accessing Competencies in the Portal

    • Go to the learning section in the portal.

    • Find the new module called competencies.

  2. Setting Up Competencies

    • Add a new competency for different areas within your company (e.g., vehicles, equipment).

    • Include details like requirements, hours needed, and approvers.

    • Select approvers and create the competency.

  3. Managing Competencies

    • Edit and update competencies as needed.

    • Assign competencies to workers for specific tasks or equipment.

    • Have selected approvers sign off on completed competencies.

  4. Tracking Progress

    • Monitor the progress of workers completing competencies.

    • Update completed training hours and track remaining requirements.

    • View worker profiles to see completed competencies and associated details.

  5. Mobile App Integration

    • Access competencies and worker profiles through the mobile app.

    • Add training details and update progress directly from the app.

  6. Creating and Managing Competencies

    • Create and set parameters for competencies within the system.

    • Record and track worker progress against competencies.

    • Add additional details to worker profiles related to competencies.

  7. Conclusion

    • Utilise the competencies feature in the portal to streamline competency management for different areas within your company.
