Accessing Sites Page:
Locate the menu on the left and find "Sites" instead of "Projects."
Click on the project you want to access.
Site Issues:
View all project issues including those from forms, ITPs, or added manually.
Open issues to see details, add comments, upload files, or mark as completed.
Diary Entries:
Access all diary entries.
Edit or download entries within the last 7 days.
Add new entries if needed.
SWMS Page:
Create revisions, add team members, download PDFs, or sign off.
Upload contracts to SWMS by selecting the contractor, providing a summary, and submitting the document.
Forms:
View site forms submissions.
Add toolbox talks or view ITPs for editing or downloading.
Site Documents:
Manage site-specific documents by editing, deleting, or adding new ones.
Site Ledger:
Monitor who is on-site currently.
Filter through dates and view project information.
Ensure to have the necessary permissions to add team members or make edits.
Double-check all entries and submissions for accuracy before finalising.
Utilise the search and filter options to quickly find specific information.
Regularly update and maintain the site documents for easy access.
Keep track of site issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain project efficiency.
