Updating Projects to Site Diaries Page

Hey team, in this video, I walk you through recent changes to our project and site diaries page.
The main menu now includes a "Sites" section combining projects and diaries. I explain new tabs like Site Issues, Diary Entries, SWMS, Forms, and more. Check it out for a smooth transition and improved navigation.

Key Steps

  1. Accessing Sites Page:

    • Locate the menu on the left and find "Sites" instead of "Projects."

    • Click on the project you want to access.

  2. Site Issues:

    • View all project issues including those from forms, ITPs, or added manually.

    • Open issues to see details, add comments, upload files, or mark as completed.

  3. Diary Entries:

    • Access all diary entries.

    • Edit or download entries within the last 7 days.

    • Add new entries if needed.

  4. SWMS Page:

    • Create revisions, add team members, download PDFs, or sign off.

    • Upload contracts to SWMS by selecting the contractor, providing a summary, and submitting the document.

  5. Forms:

    • View site forms submissions.

    • Add toolbox talks or view ITPs for editing or downloading.

  6. Site Documents:

    • Manage site-specific documents by editing, deleting, or adding new ones.

  7. Site Ledger:

    • Monitor who is on-site currently.

    • Filter through dates and view project information.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure to have the necessary permissions to add team members or make edits.

  • Double-check all entries and submissions for accuracy before finalising.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Utilise the search and filter options to quickly find specific information.

  • Regularly update and maintain the site documents for easy access.

  • Keep track of site issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain project efficiency.
