Updating Issues on Assets
This is the procedure for removing warnings on assets once they have been fixed.
Objective:
To effectively update and resolve issues identified with assets in a timely manner.
Key Steps:
Click on the relevant asset from the summary screen.
Click on "Update Maintenance".
Fill in the form - making sure to click that the machine is in safe working order.
Fill in any other necessary details or comments.
Click on "Submit" to update the maintenance status.
Verify that the issue has been cleared by checking the asset status.
Cautionary Notes:
Ensure that the service date is accurate to reflect the latest maintenance update.
Double-check all information entered before submitting to avoid errors.
Follow company guidelines for resolving different types of issues with assets.
