Updating User Roles in the System

In this video, I demonstrate how to update a user to an admin or supervisor role in the system. Note that only admin users can perform this function. 

Simply navigate to the Workers and Inductees summary page, select the user, and choose the desired role from the dropdown menu.

It's a quick process that ensures the correct access levels are maintained. Don't forget to watch and follow the steps!
