How to Create and Use Groups

We have added a new feature to your portal - Groups. 

Groups are a way to communicate with only a specific set of people in your organisation, instead of every person getting every email alert. 

Here is the process: 
  1. Go to Inductees -> Hit the 'Groups' button at the top right of the screen. 


2. Choose 'Create Group', the fill in the fields in the pop up



3. Once created, click on the group name from the list. Here you can add people to the group, and also assign training to all group members. 



4. To send a message to all group members, go to Notifications -> Safety Alerts -> Create New ->  then choose the group from the recipients field.
