How to Update or Renew an Induction in Worx Safety
Keeping your inductions and trainings up-to-date is essential for maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. Worx Safety makes it easy to renew your inductions when they are due. Follow the steps below to update or renew an induction.
Step-by-Step Guide to Renew an Induction
Log in to Worx Safety
Access your Worx Safety account by logging in with your credentials.
Navigate to the Learning Tab
Once logged in, locate and click on the Learning tab in the main menu. This tab is where you manage all your inductions and trainings.
Select the Induction to Renew
Click on either Inductions or Training, and you will see a list of all your inductions. Find the induction that is due for renewal. Inductions that are within 30 days of their due date will be highlighted for your convenience.
Click on 'Re-enrol'
After selecting the induction that needs to be renewed, click on the Re-enrol button. This will initiate the renewal process.
Complete the Induction
Follow the prompts to complete the induction. This process may include reviewing the material, completing any required assessments, and acknowledging completion.
Confirm Completion
Once you have successfully completed the induction, make sure to confirm its completion as per the instructions provided. This will update your records and ensure that your induction is marked as current.

Tips for a Smooth Renewal Process
- Set Reminders: Worx Safety will notify you when an induction is nearing its due date. However, setting personal reminders can help ensure you don't miss any renewals.
- Stay Prepared: Familiarise yourself with the induction material regularly to make the renewal process quicker and easier.
- Check for Updates: Occasionally, the content of inductions may be updated. Make sure to review any new information provided during the renewal process.
