Re-invite Contractor or Worker

In this video, I walk you through the process of re-inviting workers who haven't activated their accounts in our system. If you've sent out invites and a worker hasn't created their profile, you can easily resend the invitation email or copy the activation link to send it directly. Just navigate to the invites section under your contracting company profile to see who still needs to activate their accounts. This is a simple way to ensure all your workers are set up and ready to go. Please take a moment to check your invites and follow up with any workers who haven't yet activated their accounts.

Re-inviting Workers to Activate Accounts

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to re-invite workers who have not activated their accounts in the contracting company system.

Key Steps

Step 1: Access Your Contracting Company Profile 0:00

Log in to your contracting company profile.
Navigate to the section where you manage worker invites.

Step 2: Locate Invites Section 0:08

Scroll down to the 'Invites' section.
Here, you will see a list of all workers who have been invited to the system.

Step 3: Identify Non-Activated Accounts 0:22

Check the status of each worker's invite.
Identify workers who have not activated their accounts.

Step 4: Re-send Invitation Email 0:42

For workers who have not activated their accounts, select the option to re-send the invitation email.

Step 5: Alternative Method to Share Invite 0:50

Alternatively, you can copy the invitation link.
Send this link via text or email to the worker to help them create their profile.

Cautionary Notes

Ensure that the worker's email address is correct before re-sending the invite.
Avoid sending multiple invites in a short period to prevent confusion for the worker.
