Step 1: Access Your Contracting Company Profile 0:00
Log in to your contracting company profile.
Navigate to the section where you manage worker invites.
Step 2: Locate Invites Section 0:08
Scroll down to the 'Invites' section.
Here, you will see a list of all workers who have been invited to the system.
Step 3: Identify Non-Activated Accounts 0:22
Check the status of each worker's invite.
Identify workers who have not activated their accounts.
Step 4: Re-send Invitation Email 0:42
For workers who have not activated their accounts, select the option to re-send the invitation email.
Step 5: Alternative Method to Share Invite 0:50
Alternatively, you can copy the invitation link.
Send this link via text or email to the worker to help them create their profile.
Ensure that the worker's email address is correct before re-sending the invite.
Avoid sending multiple invites in a short period to prevent confusion for the worker.
