If applicable, upload your company's contracting licence.
Set the licence details and expiry date.
4. Upload Insurance Documentation 0:47
Upload public liability insurance documentation.
Include expiry date.
If you have additional insurance policies, upload those as well.
5. Upload Workers' Compensation Information 1:04
Upload your workers' compensation certificate of currency.
If you operate in multiple states, upload additional policies as needed.
6. Upload WIHS Evaluation Details 1:19
If your company has a safety management system, upload relevant details.
If not, provide a brief description of how you manage safety.
7. Upload Safe Work Method Statement 1:38
Upload your safe work method statement for high-risk work activities (e.g., plumbing, electrical, roofing).
8. Review Subcontractor Agreement 2:00
Check for a subcontractor agreement in the host employer's account.
If it's a document, review it visually.
If it's a digital form, complete and sign it.

Agree to the details and hit submit.
10. Add Workers to Your Contracting Company 2:44
The system will guide you on how to invite workers.
You can add workers by entering their name and email address.
Optionally, create passwords for them.
11. Workers Download the Work Safety App 3:06
Instruct workers to download the Work Safety app.
They will have access to all necessary information for the site.
