Creating Toolbox Talks for Your Site in Worx

In this video, I walk you through the process of creating a site-specific toolbox talk for your workplaces. As nominated administrators and supervisors, you have the ability to generate these talks directly from the mobile app, ensuring that all workers and contractors can agree to them upon signing in. I demonstrate how to capture details and photos, and how to submit the information for record-keeping against the site. 


Creating a Toolbox Talk for Site and Workplaces

  • Option to use the mobile app for convenience.

  • Click on the toolbox to generate the document for that site.

  • Use voice-to-text and take photos directly through the mobile app.

  • Workers scan a QR code or use the mobile app to sign in to the site.

  • They may need to complete site induction or other documents.
