Why Is My Account Still Pending?

If your Worx Safety account is showing as Pending, don’t worry—this is part of the normal setup process. Here’s what’s happening and what you can do.

What does “Pending” mean?

Your account has been created, but it hasn’t yet been approved by your company’s account administrator. This is not something Worx Safety controls—each company is responsible for managing who gains access to their system.

What triggers account approval?

Once you’ve completed all the required onboarding steps (such as submitting your details and completing any induction or training tasks), your company’s admin will receive an automated email from Worx Safety letting them know your account is ready for approval.

Most admins review and approve accounts within 1 business day.

What should I do if I'm still pending?

If your status hasn’t changed after 24 hours, here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check your onboarding is complete.
    Log in and ensure you’ve submitted all required information or forms.

  2. Contact your company’s admin directly.
    Worx Safety cannot approve accounts on their behalf. We recommend sending a quick email to your admin to let them know you’re ready to be approved.

If you're not sure who your admin is, try replying to your original invitation email from Worx Safety or ask your manager or site contact.
