1. Open PowerPoint and Save Slides as JPEGs 0:10
Open your PowerPoint presentation.
Go to File > Save As.
Choose JPEG as the image type.
Click Save.
When prompted, select All Slides to export each slide as an individual file.
2. Access the Learning Management System 0:37
Log into your account.
Navigate to the Learning section.
Click on Create a Training Package.
Select Add New.
3. Name the Training Package 1:16
Enter a name for the training topic (e.g., Intro).
Specify the audience for the training (e.g., workers and supervisors).
Ensure that the slides contain clear and concise information to facilitate understanding.
Double-check that the correct audience is selected for the training package to avoid confusion.
Consider using a consistent naming convention for slides to make them easier to identify.
Preview the training package before publishing to ensure all slides are correctly uploaded and formatted.
