Creating and Editing Daily Site Sign in Questions

Here are the details on how to use a new feature we have added where you can edit the site sign in questions for each of your sites. There is a step by step below the video if you prefer to read. 


Key Steps

 1. Accessing Site Questions 0:01

  • Navigate to the sites page.

  • Locate the button labeled site questions at the top of the page.

 

2. Choosing Form Type 0:27

  • Decide between two options:

    • Single Form: Same questions for all users.

    • Split Form: Different questions for workers and supervisors.

 

3. Adding Site Questions (Single Form) 0:37

  • Click on add site questions.

  • Use the generic project login form to start.

  • Modify questions as needed:

    • Delete unwanted questions.

    • Change existing questions.

    • Add new questions.

 

4. Setting Expiry Date 1:07

  • Set the expiry date for questions:

    • Zero means questions must be answered only once for that site (default).

    • 1 means questions to be answered every day. 

    • Adjust to every 7 days or 14 days if preferred.

 

5. Saving and Deploying Questions 1:15

  • Click save to store your changes.

  • Click deploy to make the questions active.

 

6. Adding Site Questions (Split Form) 1:29

  • For split forms, add worker questions first:

    • Click add worker ones and save.

  • Then add supervisor questions:

    • Click add supervisor ones and customize as needed.

 

7. Finalising Supervisor Questions 2:01

  • Ensure supervisor questions are relevant (e.g., site cleanliness, contractor swms).

  • Set expiry date to zero for daily completion.

 

8. Deploying Split Form Questions 2:13

  • Click deploy to activate the split form questions for all projects.

 

9. Signing In to Test Questions 2:29

  • Sign in to a site to verify questions.

  • Confirm that the correct questions appear based on user type.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that all questions are relevant and necessary to avoid overwhelming users.

  • Double-check the expiry settings to ensure compliance with your requirements.
